Really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. We booked a queen room, it was complete with 1 extra-large double bed as well as the jacuzzi tub. They offered us freshly made meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

Great service
Spectacular location next to hiking and other restaurants. Top-notch and pet-friendly rooms with private bathrooms and convenient amenities like a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator.

Attentive staff, absolutely stunning views of the mountains, everything is perfectly fine. The room is a nice size and well-kept and essentials you need, including a mini kitchenette and an iron, is right there.

Comfortable location, although a bit noisy with trucks passing by. the staff were all really nice and helpful. I got a room that allowed pets, and it was so well-kept and had a nice view of the mountains! 🏔️

The beds were comfortable.
Upon registering we were given the key to a room that was still being made up. Shortly after we were settled into the second room we were given, another guest unlocked the door and entered the room with suitcase in hand. We welcomed her and asked her to join us - apparently her sense of humor was different than ours. There was a screen window but the frame was bent - the mosquitoes loved this. The tv was old with 'snow storm' reception. The guest washing machine was out of order. The ice machine in the office said 'out of order use machine in laundry room' However, the machine in laundry room was also out of order. The continental breakfast was minimal at best and the both times we were in the office staff had to be told the coffee supply had run out.

Great room with a great price. Hot tub and waterslide were excellent.
The "continential breakfast" was essentially toast and cereal. Honestly though we chose this place on price, so this wasn't an issue for us.

The evening check in girl was very nice. The pool was good, clean, and the slide was, according to my kids, awesome. The location on the hwy is convenient, close to meals, Tim Hortons, easy to find. Parking is plentiful.
I found the room to be dirty. The walls were dirty, the sink was not clean and the soap dish was caked with soap scum. There were squashed mosquitos on the walls. We did not have enough towels. Breakfast was in the hotel lobby. a very small space. There is a breakfast room available but not used. we had to make due with the limited space in the lobby, 2 tables in, and a couch, 2 tables out, but mountain mornings are too cold.

When I checked in on Dec 28 at approx 5 PM the person behind the desk was excellent. He helped me contact a friend at the ski hill.

The hotel was perfectly clean and modern with astonishing views of the mountains. It had a spectacular location right next to an EV charging station. the rooms were top-notch and pet-friendly, and each room had a mini kitchenette and an iron available.

Although rooms are including breakfast, but actually there is NO.

The room was ok but there were hairs in the tub and hairs in the bed. Not sure if the sheets had been changed. The continental breakfast was toast. Wouldn't recomend this place to anyone and for 100 bucks a night there are more choices in the area.
